Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. Delivery Promise
All orders are normally despatched to the delivery address that you supply within 14 days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order. Colour Range
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process we are unable to guarantee the consistent colour of products. If a colour is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative colour or cancel your order. If you are unsure of the colours you would like in your chain screen simply ring us on 01937 530697 or email us on sales@chainscreens.co.uk and we will send samples of the colours. Please note once a colour has been chosen and the screen manufactured then it is not possible to change the colour. Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the order form section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Returns
We accept the return of all standard ready made items only if they are returned within 7 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. However for screens that are made to measure then it is not possible to return these items for credit as they have been made specifically to your instructions. See note on colour range.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Cancellation
